With a medical strategy background, my work sits at the intersection of lived luxury travel experience, developmental awareness, behavioural science, public health and long-standing industry access.

Travel becomes cumulative whilst exposure strengthens confidence, cultural perspective and capability as children grow.
This results in developmentally appropriate travel plan and bookings for 3-5 years.

Culture, wellbeing and gentle adventure.
Why I recommended it
This journey balanced luxury with cultural immersion, allowing a 9 year old boy to experience a different way of life through temples, local traditions, nature, ocean environments and slower rhythms while still enjoying exceptional family-friendly hotels with unique experiences and downtime for the parents.
Dolomites Family Hotel
Best for:
Active families, confidence, nature and slower European Summers
Why I recommended it
For a family with energetic 10 and 11 year old children, the Dolomites offer something many luxury destinations don't: luxury and ultra luxury family hotels with days built around activities, adventure, and mountains. The focus was fun environments that allow parents to relax yet stimulate independence for kids.
South Africa Safari
Best for:
Wildlife, perspective, conservation and multi-generational travel.
Why I recommended it
A family with two boys aged 4 and 6 wanted a first safari that felt immersive rather than rushed. We focused on exceptional guiding, conservation and enough time in one place for children to develop confidence and curiosity, rather than constantly moving between lodges.

We don’t provide medical advice, this should always come from your GP, but we offer informed age-appropriate guidance on where, when and how to travel based on age-related risks.
Lived Experience
We've travelled extensively across Europe, Africa, Northern America, Carribean, Asia and Australia, and only recommend destinations and properties we undertsand in practice personally, or via long-standing trusted on-the-ground partners.
Of course, we still have access to global properties, and if we haven't travelled there we can provide insights from our trusted partners.
